What is Cosmetology?
Cosmetologists specialize in general care, especially of hair, nails and even skin. Usually the courses are longer than those of aesthetics, since many more areas are covered. Surprisingly, many beauticians also train in cosmetology, while it is unusual to see a cosmetologist who subsequently studies aesthetics.

Cosmetologists can work in a number of establishments. They’re licenses certify them to be able to work in most hair and beauty salons.
