She chats with PBA board member, Dr. Tye Caldwell, about her efforts in bringing PBA’s brand more awareness. She talks about how the association provides resources, educators, and opportunities for the entire industry. Nina also discusses PBA’s Business of One initiative — a toolkit to support the independent business owner. According, to Nina, stylists fail not for a lack of skills, but because they don’t have the business acumen. But PBA is there to catch them. “Without our members, without all sectors of the industry being on the same side trying to grow, we can’t do what we do.”
