Superhosts maintain an 84% or better acceptance rate and don't cancel confirmed bookings unless there are extenuating circumstances.
Superhosts go above and beyond in their hosting duties, have bright, well-lit photos that inspire, & feature a 4.8 shears rating or better. Pros know they can expect outstanding hospitality from these hosts.
