Now experiencing our most rapid growth to date, the company needs a Strategic Partnerships Manager. We’re looking for an energetic, driven individual to help us negotiate high-value partnerships and affiliate deals. As we continue to expand, you will completely own your quota and be empowered to drive results for the company.

Specifically, you will:

  • Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company’s growth plans

  • Work closely with the Head of Growth & Strategic Partnerships to determine and execute strategy

  • Create new partner relationships via partner recruitment activities driven by inbound and outbound campaigns 

  • Travel as needed to establish and negotiate contracts with new strategic partners

  • Manage relationships with existing strategic partners 

  • Ensure quarterly sales targets are achieved 

  • Coordinate and deliver training and onboarding programs for partners to ensure sales readiness for company products and services

  • Manage the contracting process for new partner relationships

  • Facilitate funnel development via day-to-day activities, including preparation of customer presentations and price quotes

  • Champion partner news and coordinate with internal stakeholders during the sales process

  • Support event planning activities, including participation level, agenda, required attendees, content to be delivered, marketing collateral requirements, and scheduling key meetings

  • Participate in industry events where ShearShare has a presence

  • Accurately forecast sales and revenue expectations as a result of activities 

  • Provide timely, detailed, and accurate reporting to internal and external audiences (forecasts, prospects, funnels, schedules, expense reports, etc.)



  • 2+ years experience managing strategic partnerships
  • History of developing partnerships and winning new business
  • Energetic and driven, with the ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects
  • Gravitas, with the ability to influence others both internally and externally
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and ability to hunt and nurture relationships
  • Demonstrated track record of success
  • Dedication to strategic thinking and activities that drive revenue for partners, the ShearShare community, and the company alike
  • Self-motivated to get the job done, require minimal direction, and seize opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation skills, and client/partner relationship skills are critical
  • Proficient in Google Keynote, Numbers, Pages (or Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Hubspot preferred)
  • Fluent English speaker


  • Experience selling mobile or SaaS products is highly preferred
