For all others cancel up to 48 hours before your ShearShare stay to receive a full refund, minus service fee. If you book within 24 hours and cancel, no refund will be remitted. ShearShare service fees are non-refundable.

This eight station, intimate luxury private-suite penthouse is located inside a relaxing, remodeled highly surveillance and security enforced professional corporate building. Our facility is employee-access only to avoid outside disturbances with high-rise views. The ambiance is set to create a compelling, personable client to specialist interactive touch. Very clean, friendly and warm-felt environment. Contains generously new, custom built & pre-decorated multi-purpose equipped rental spaces for masseuse, lash techs, make-up artist, barbers/stylists, aestheticians, braiders and their assistants (duo chairs/service beds available). Complimentary snack bar options and beverages available. Professional staff and visiting beauty and barbering professionals are asked to wear all black scrubs/casual clothing to sustain penthouse professionalism. Phones prohibited inside (silent mode setting) due to spa atmosphere in back. All calls may respectfully be taken in waiting area directly outside suite in foyer.

The host provides towel service, trash receptacle, electrical outlets, and access to backbar (shampoo/conditioner/custom, silenced hooded-dryer only) for visiting barbers/stylists. All other tools and equipment are the responsibility of all specialists.
