Starr Charly is the lead hair stylist, and has been a Hair Stylist/Extension specialist for over 15 years as a hobby, and now as a professional for the last 10 years. Starr Charly completed the Cosmetology program at Empire Beauty School, Hair Loss Practitioner program at USTI, Non-Surgical Hair Replacement Specialist program at Toni Love Education Center. Her interest is in quality not quantity, and providing excellent customer service to her clients is and has always been her first priority.
