Access to one overhead dryer and two shampoo areas to share with salon. 

Must bring your own products and tools, including shampoo and conditioner, comb and scissors. 
Must have your own POS system or way to accept payments. 

Rules: 
1. Maintain clean work area. disinfect area after every client, keep tidy and clean when not in use, clean mirrors and sweep around chair to remove hair. Take your items when not renting and sanitize area before leaving. 
2. You have to manage your own bookings and payments. You are responsible for building your own clientele. 
3. Be courteous and respectful to other stylists. You have your own station but are sharing the space, including shampoo area and overhead dryer. 
4. You have 24/7 access to your station and can make your own hours and charge whatever you want. 

We have right to terminate contract early if you break our rules.
