For reservations pending approval your card will not be charaged and pre-auth will be dropped. For all others cancel up to 48 hours before your ShearShare stay to receive a full refund, minus service fee. If you book within 24 hours and cancel, no refund will be remitted. ShearShare service fees are non-refundable.

I own and manage the suites and tenants inside the building.  I use this room part time.  It is available to be used part time, based on my work schedule, or we can set specific days if needed.  We would not work at the same time.  Treat my salon as if it's your home, with respect, love and care for the property.  I'm looking for renters who are able quiet and respectful of other tenants.  No drinking or smoking, all tenants must leave a deposit.

Not Allowed To Borrow Equipment.  Must Bring Everything They Need To Provide Services. 

Empty all trash cans in the garbage can outside the back door.  Replace fresh trash can liners that are in bottom of each receptacle.

Check Bathroom And Clean As Needed At End Of Day.
