For reservations pending approval your card will not be charaged and pre-auth will be dropped. For all others cancel up to 48 hours before your ShearShare stay to receive a full refund, minus service fee. If you book within 24 hours and cancel, no refund will be remitted. ShearShare service fees are non-refundable.

This available private suite is in one of Charlotte’s premier salons quietly nestled In a beautiful 1940 renovated home located on the border of Charlotte’s historic Wesley Heights Community. The ambiance is an inviting peaceful vibe with many windows allowing in natural lighting. Lighted ceiling fans are in each area and in the suites, along with recess lighting. For convenience and security, there is a ring doorbell camera at the rear entrance to the salon, along with interior and exterior recording cameras with a monitored security system. Outside is an attractive and well manicured lawn, and where the trash and recycle bins are located. Hand towels and specific back bar are available upon request at additional cost. The retail center provides hair products for purchase. Of the available upper level 16x16 suites,there is  one unfurnished suite that has a sink, and one is a furnished salon suite ready for move in. The other suites are unfurnished, suitable for other beauty professionals providing their signature equipment and furnishings. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 each upper and lower level and are ADA compliant. All black attire is recommended. 
 
The host provides towel service, trash receptacle, electrical outlets, hooded dryer, and access to backbar (shampoo/conditioner only) for visiting barbers/stylists. All other tools and equipment are the responsibility of the visiting beauty professional.

**This host is open to visiting beauty professionals working outside of normal hours of operation. After midnight a $20 per hour rate is applied.
