For reservations pending approval your card will not be charaged and pre-auth will be dropped. For all others cancel up to 48 hours before your ShearShare stay to receive a full refund, minus service fee. If you book within 24 hours and cancel, no refund will be remitted. ShearShare service fees are non-refundable.

Flexible

Look for someone to take over my lease for 6 months with the option to Renew it yourself after that. It's fully furnished or it can be cleared out and ready for someone to make it their own.
