Parking is very easy. Though there is no designated parking, there is meter parking directly in front of the salon or free street parking just on the side street less than 50 feet away. PRO TIP: The restaurant next door also offers valet parking for $5 if you so choose.

About the Neighborhood:

The Studio is on a huge 6-way intersection in Silverlake. The area is always busy with traffic and people walking up and down Sunset Blvd. There are fast food, restaurants, bars, boutique stores, yoga studios, apartments, etc. . . . the area is very artistic and full of personality!

About the Host:

The day he graduated from Paul Mitchell Academy in Davenport, Iowa, Adam Lee Kenney’s moving truck was already waiting in the parking lot to whisk him toward a booming career in the Chicago area. Honing his craft in coloring and cutting techniques, Adam made a name for himself through his work at Chicago Male, eventually buying the salon with his business partner. Ready for the next step in his career, Adam moved to Los Angeles in January 2016 while retaining his ownership in Chicago Male. Adam’s reputation for quality work and a relaxing guest experience have made him a staple in L.A. as an expert hair professional. Adam continues to pursue a line of work that has brought him success—and given his guests joy and excitement with every visit, which he is also excited to share with visiting stylists!
