Laundry services onsite, coffee/tea maker, towel warmer and full shampoo with back bar. Must have a valid cosmetology license and insurance. Own clientele. This is located in residential area. Must be able to have own pos/or payment system. Studio/Salon currently have full Davines color/chem treatments with full Davines essential backbar. Studio will be carrying Cult & King in travels for retail and Davines as styling products. Can bring or provide own products/color. 
Towels and drapes provided but can bring own. Must have own tools for barbering. Color tools brushes/styling tools & sanitary supplies are provided. 
Daily rental fees no contracts *subject to daily rental fees may increase due to utilities usage. 3-6 month contract for fixed flat monthly charge.
