About the Salon

Cuts, color, hair painting, styling and straightening as well as traditional barber services that rival those you’d find in NYC are now available at this boutique salon from Jennifer Donovan, founder of a popular salon in uptown Kingston, NY. A veteran stylist with red carpet credits to her name, Jen has assembled a jewel box of a salon here in Woodstock.

About the Neighborhood:

This salon is located in Woodstock, nestled in the  shadows of majestic Overlook Mountain in the heart of Woodstock, NY. It’s been said that there is something magical about Woodstock, one of the most famous small towns in the world and the namesake of the three-day concert that literally changed the course of history during the fabled Summer Of Love in 1969. Born out of pure love and fierce determination itself, and the salon definitely has gleaned some of that mystical power still felt in this mountain town. Now in its expanded location on Ricks Road, Debbie Dougan, Linda Dubilier and Jennifer Donovan are thrilled to open their doors to welcome old pals, dear clients and new friends to this ultra-modern yet incredibly comfortable and deeply relaxing new home.  In addition to it's famous music festivals, Woodstock NY has unique shops, galleries, and  fine dining.

About the Host:

Kingston Native and lover of all things local, host Jennifer was a graduate of SUNY New Paltz studying Public Relations and Business. All the while, she was working as a hairstylist and salon coordinator for the infamous rock and roll hairstylist, Mark Ferraro. Jennifer is now helping other women open their dream projects as a consultant and silent partner, as well as assisting with getting local film projects off the ground. Jennifer continues to stay well connected in the industry, linking the world beyond NYC to a more "casual" living in the Hudson Valley for many of her NYC colleagues.
