Ms. DeCharlene Williams opened up her shop over 50 years ago and founded the central area chamber of commerce. She was known as a trailblazer and pillar in Seattle's historic central district. Since her untimely death in 2018 the salon has been remodeled, rebranded and will continue on for years to come. The salon specializes in haircuts, hair coloring, braids, locs, eyelash extensions and much more! PRO TIP: Free street and neighborhood parking for clients and stylists. Pay option parking is directly across the street for $2/hr.
