Looking to step back from the chair and travel a little bit more. I signed my lease in May 2024 and need someone to take over my lease or sublease part time during the week. You must a clientele. The location is great as it is a shopping area so parking is a breeze. Amenities are included such as free WiFi, free water, shampoo bowl and reclining chair and all purpose styling chair, free laundry (you will just need to provide your own detergent.) The suite is spacious and comes with a stool and rolling cart for your tools. If you are an esthetician, you'll just need to swap out the styling chair for an esthetician chair. If you are looking for a full time spot, rent will be $300/week. Part time will be 3 days a week for $150. 

If you are looking for a salon home part time, we can work out certain days that will work best for both of our schedules. You will just need to provide your own products. I'll be happy to share my towels and capes.
