Empowering, Creative Salon on Upper West Side

This salon has proudly served the Upper West Side in New York City and surrounding neighborhoods for 22 years; since 1996. The staff of professionals do all that they can to ensure that every client has a phenomenal experience. They have created a warm, caring and open environment both for clients and for each other, and offer a full range of cutting edge salon services and products. They value community and will work to grow together. They hold themselves accountable for exceeding their clients' high expectations and recognize every client as their ultimate focus. They believe the actions of one have the power to change the world. There is metered parking, and free bicycle parking about halfway up the street.

About the Neighborhood:

The salon is located on 85th street, at the corner of Amsterdam. There are local neighborhood favorite restaurants, a CVS one block away, and we are a quick walk from Broadway.

About the Host:

Host Jennifer is a woman who is highly driven in mentoring and empowering other young women. She embraces the entrepreneur spirit, and shares her knowledge with others to lead them in that direction. She opened Salon West in 1996, and has worked hard to build a team of trustworthy stylists, that she treats as family.
She is happy to host new stylists who are looking to establish themselves within the community, so that they can pay it forward for others in the future.
